Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with OX PowerSports Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”). We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a return and refund under the terms below.

By placing an order on our website https://oxspowersportshub.com/ (“Website”), you agree to the policies described here.


1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all of the following must apply:

  1. The item must be purchased directly from OX PowerSports Hub.

  2. The return request must be initiated within 30 days of when you received your order.

  3. The item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, parts, manuals, tags, and accessories.

  4. Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) must be provided.

Exclusions:
Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Consumables (e.g., oil, filters, batteries, fluids)

  • Customized items or special orders

  • Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout

If an item cannot be returned, we’ll clearly state this on the product page.


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  2. Provide your:

    • Order number

    • Name

    • Item(s) you want to return

    • Reason for the return

  3. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions, including an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number if approved.

Note: Do not ship items back without an RMA number — unapproved returns may be refused or returned at your cost.


3. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, incorrect, or damaged item.

  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance; we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the refund approval status via email.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer automatic exchanges online. If you want a different size, color, or product, please request a return and place a new order.

If the item you received is wrong or defective, contact us for help with replacement options.


6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped for a full refund.

  • If your order has already been shipped, you must follow our return process above.

  • Contact support as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Consumables and items exposed to use (filters, fluids, etc.)

  • Products marked non-returnable

  • Items damaged due to misuse, accident, or improper installation
